Unlike larger agencies, the Tribal team provide a very focused delivery of services in a very transparent manner. We are a small agency which enables us to concentrate on “your” property. Our aim is to, get you, the client, the best service and best price for your property, whether it is for sale or for let.
While taking advantage of new technology and marketing methods the goal is to focus on excellent client service and provide tailored advice to each client. We limit the number of clients at any one time to ensure high standards are maintained and existing clients get the service they deserve until their property is sold, let or their dream property is acquired.

Robert’s local knowledge of Galway city is second to none, having been firmly ensconced in the Galway property market since 2008. Coupled with this on the ground experience , Robert holds a Masters in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management in Reading, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Leadership from the Irish Management Institute and University College Cork. Robert is also a fluent Irish speaker.

Fiona is a highly experienced business executive with extensive experience in the industry. As Finance Director of Tribal Property, she is responsible for the strategic financial direction of the company & oversees all financial aspects of the company’s divisions including sales, lettings, valuations & acquisitions, with the focus always on managing client monies to maximise return.
Fiona is a native of Galway City and has been with Tribal Property from the outset. Fiona qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce and French from NUI Galway and qualified as a chartered accountant through Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2018. Since qualification, Fiona has worked in big four accountancy firms such as KPMG Galway and KPMG Dublin in audit and risk consultancy roles. She has worked with a large range of clients including sole traders, SME’s, MNC’s and PLC’s . Her specialist area is in internal audit which delivers value to her clients through identifying risks, strengthening controls and adding value to processes.
